Streaming from a revamped AMP house setup after months away from live broadcasts, the 24-year-old content creator announced that Streamer University will now become an annual, all-expenses-paid mentorship program designed to help aspiring creators build successful careers in content creation. The initiative brings together established internet personalities to teach participants about streaming, branding, content production and audience growth.
This year’s lineup features high-profile “professors,” including Pokimane, Ludwig, Lizzo and Duke Dennis, while the student roster includes actress Skai Jackson, Nigerian entertainer and streamer Carter Efe, and dozens of emerging digital creators. Fan-favorite AMP member Fanum also appeared in a comedic role as the fictional “police chief,” adding to the event’s entertainment value.
Beyond the announcements, Cenat surprised viewers by publicly apologizing to his former girlfriend, GiGi, admitting he had handled their breakup immaturely and expressing regret over the situation. The heartfelt moment was widely shared across social media and became one of the stream’s biggest talking points.
The comeback stream also delivered impressive engagement, reportedly generating more than 61,000 new Twitch subscriptions and approximately 2.5 million watch hours within hours of going live, further cementing Cenat’s status as one of the world’s biggest online creators.
