The BBNaija Season 10 reunion saved its most explosive moment for last.
In what has become the most talked-about exchange of the entire five-episode run, disqualified housemate Faith confronted winner Imisi Ayanwale during Episode Four with an allegation that she won the ₦150 million grand prize by sleeping her way to the top. What followed left the studio stunned, other housemates on their feet, and social media completely unhinged.
Imisi, who won the season with 42.84% of the public vote, was not caught off guard. She revealed that she had been informed beforehand that Faith intended to raise the allegation and had come to the reunion fully prepared for the confrontation.
“The most important thing was winning the show, and I achieved that,” she said. She also added that the prize money was already sitting in her account untouched.
But it was what came next that broke the internet. Imisi reached into her bag and pulled out an object that resembled a firearm, stating that Faith was the very reason she had come prepared.
She then switched to Yoruba and dragged him in terms that the cameras could not fully broadcast, visibly furious and refusing to be drawn into a prolonged back-and-forth. “This guy is crazy,” she said.
The confrontation escalated so quickly that other housemates had to physically step in to prevent it from becoming something worse.
Faith, who was disqualified from the season just days before the finale after a physical altercation with Sultana, left the reunion with his reputation worse than when he arrived. The public is mostly on Imisi’s side, especially with the irony of a disqualified housemate showing up to question how the winner earned her crown.
