Nigerian TikTok stars Peller and Jarvis are relocating to Canada for school, just weeks after completing their wedding celebrations in Nigeria.
Peller, whose real name is Habeeb Hamzat, announced the move through an Instagram post showing the couple on a plane. He wrote “Good bye Nigeria” alongside airplane emojis, while later reports said the couple had moved to Canada to continue their education. Peller also indicated that he would take a break from streaming and could return to his regular content schedule next year.
The move is significant because Peller had already spoken publicly about returning to school before leaving Nigeria.
Peller Had Already Explained Why He Wanted to Study
On September 20, Peller said he wanted to return to school because he hoped to work alongside wealthy and educated Nigerians such as Aliko Dangote and Femi Otedola.
He said he wanted education to help him enter the same professional spaces as successful business people. That makes the Canada trip more than a sudden relocation announcement. It follows a goal he had publicly discussed just days earlier.
For a creator whose career has been built largely around TikTok livestreams, taking time away from streaming also creates an interesting new chapter. Peller has built a large audience through online entertainment, but his latest move shows an interest in adding formal education to his career.
The Move Comes Shortly After Their Wedding
Peller and Jarvis, whose real name is Elizabeth Amadou Aminata, completed their marriage celebrations in August 2026.
Their traditional wedding took place on August 1, followed by a white wedding in Lagos on August 8. Their relationship had already become a major part of their online presence, with their joint livestreams helping both creators build their audiences.
The timing means the couple are beginning another major chapter only weeks after getting married.
