The second day of Kai Cenat’s Streamer University 2026 descended into organised chaos as creators and students became caught up in a poolside brawl, a mock manhunt and a dramatic “arrest” that captivated hundreds of thousands of live viewers across Twitch and YouTube.
The free five-day content creator bootcamp, designed to help aspiring streamers learn from some of the internet’s biggest personalities, has quickly become one of the most-watched live events online.
One of the biggest talking points came after a confrontation near the campus pool escalated into shouting, pushing and an impromptu chase involving several creators. A participant known as Suburbbaby, who had been branded the event’s “most wanted student”, was eventually tracked down during a roleplay-style bounty hunt before ending up streaming from a mock jail cell as tens of thousands watched live. The unscripted drama has become a defining feature of this year’s event, with viewers comparing it to a real-life GTA server.
Away from the entertainment, not everyone was enjoying the experience. Rising creator Aishah Sofey became emotional after revealing that poor internet quality and limited production resources made it difficult for smaller creators to compete with bigger names who arrived with professional streaming setups. Her comments sparked wider discussions about whether Streamer University gives enough visibility to emerging talent.
Despite the controversy, Streamer University continues to dominate social media, with more than 90 creators broadcasting simultaneously, celebrity shout-outs from Drake and millions of viewers following every twist across the week-long event.
