Global pop icon Taylor Swift and NFL superstar Travis Kelce are officially married after exchanging vows in a lavish, celebrity-filled ceremony at Madison Square Garden in New York City.
The couple, whose relationship has captivated fans since 2023, tied the knot on Friday in one of the year’s most talked-about events. The ceremony was officiated by actor and comedian Adam Sandler, while Swift’s brother, Austin Swift, served as her Man of Honor and Kelce’s brother, Jason Kelce, stood beside him as Best Man.
Rather than having a traditional bridal party, the newlyweds opted for a more personal ceremony centered on close family and friends. Hundreds of guests from the worlds of music, film and professional sports attended the celebration, making it one of the biggest celebrity weddings of the year.
Taylor and Travis both wore custom Christian Dior Haute Couture designed by Jonathan Anderson, complemented by Christian Louboutin footwear. Swift completed her bridal look with Cartier jewelry, while the couple kept many other details of the ceremony private. Outside Madison Square Garden, a giant “Just Married” display lit up the venue as fans gathered to celebrate the milestone.
The wedding followed months of speculation after reports emerged that the couple had reserved Madison Square Garden for an exclusive Independence Day weekend celebration. Security was exceptionally tight, and guests reportedly observed strict privacy measures throughout the event.
Swift and Kelce first went public with their relationship in 2023 before announcing their engagement in 2025. Since then, they have become one of entertainment and sports’ most recognizable couples, frequently supporting each other’s careers.
With their fairytale wedding now official, fans around the world have flooded social media with congratulatory messages, celebrating the union of one of pop music’s biggest stars and one of the NFL’s most recognizable athletes.
