The couple were spotted enjoying Barbados’ Crop Over festivities, with videos showing them dancing together and enjoying the celebrations. Rihanna also returned to the Grand Kadooment Day parade, joining her brother Rorrey Fenty’s band, Aura. It was her first parade appearance since 2024.
The bigger story, however, may be what their relaxed public appearances say about where the couple are in their lives now.
Rihanna and Rocky are parents to three children, but they continue to make room for their own careers, culture and relationship. Their Barbados appearance was less about a carefully planned celebrity moment and more about simply enjoying a festival in Rihanna’s home country.
That makes Rocky’s latest comments about Rihanna’s career particularly interesting. In a new interview, Rocky confirmed that Rihanna is currently in the studio working on new music, saying she is “cooking.” The comments have immediately reignited excitement among fans who have been waiting for her follow-up to Anti, released in 2016.
