Trinity Tatum and Bryce Dettloff have been crowned the winners of Love Island USA Season 8, taking home the $100,000 grand prize after winning America’s vote in Sunday’s live finale.
The fan-favourite couple, affectionately known by viewers as “Brinity,” beat fellow finalists Aniya Harvey & Carl Schmidt, Melanie Moreno & Sincere Rhea, and Kayda Bosse & Zach Georgiou to claim the title. Their romance began on the season premiere and remained one of the villa’s strongest relationships throughout the 32-day competition, surviving recouplings, Casa Amor and multiple public votes.
During the emotional finale, Trinity and Bryce exchanged heartfelt “I love yous” before host Ariana Madix announced them as the winning couple. Bryce later chose to split the $100,000 prize with Trinity, bringing the season to a fitting close. Their authenticity and consistency had made them overwhelming favorites with fans and betting markets heading into the finale.
The season also proved to be one of the franchise’s biggest successes, generating billions of streaming minutes and introducing several fan-favorite friendships alongside the romances. Viewers won’t have to wait long for more drama, as a Love Island USA Season 8 reunion special, hosted by Ariana Madix and Andy Cohen, is scheduled to air in August.
